BLG Secures Mickey Rourke's Harley-Davidson

Brown Law Group, PLLC (“BLG”) is proud to report a victory on behalf of Hollywood film star, Mickey Rourke, who engaged the Firm to retrieve his iconic Harley-Davidson motorcycle.  The custom-made motorcycle has achieved cult status among motorcycle enthusiasts where it is known as “Black Death,” and appeared in the 1991 action film, “Harley-Davidson and the Marlboro Man,” starring Mr. Rourke and Don Johnson.   BLG successfully prosecuted claims for replevin and conversion in the Westchester Supreme Court against Mr. Rourke’s former security guard who previously was a member of the New York Hell’s Angels, including an order of civil seizure pursuant to New York CPLR 7102.
