Todd Cohen is Of Counsel to Brown Law Group.  With 30 years of experience representing companies in regulated industries, Todd leads the Firm’s Corporate and Transactional practice.  Todd has led clients through some of the most complex and highly structured transactions to date in the burgeoning legal cannabis industry, continuing a trend begun in his earlier career helping AIG navigate its way through the financial crisis of 2008 and beyond.
